Devin frequently visits and speaks to high schools, colleges and other organizations sharing his story of victim to victorious. He constantly makes newspaper and magazine appearances, to include Ebony Magazine. He has an undeniable ability to connect to a young audience and somehow is able to leave them with a strong sense of confidence and inspiration. His speeches and presentations are filled with statistical data, known facts and community problems but he does not leave until he produces the solutions to these problems.

Devin's total objective is to increase the high school graduation rate of today's students. He does so by making regular visits to schools speaking to teachers, students, parents and government. He feels that the success of our new generation is a joint effort. Devin plays a very active role in community committees that involve planning and resources. He works with many organizations that share his vision of "Being Beyond the Expected".
