What I do is more than a job. It is calling. I have been fortunate, as I only became stronger, to have been faced with great obstacles that could have changed my life for the worse but blessed to have been able to rise above them.

I am a college professor, teaching economics and business courses with a perfect blend of theory and practical. I am an author who cut beneath the surface of your thinking and beyond the obvious in your vision. I am a columnist who stirs your emotions but provoke your thoughts to take action. I am a public speaker who engages any audience, stretches the thinking and lends a foundation of solutions.

Having traveled the world, I have a vast range of experiences. All of what I do is motivated by a centric core; helping people to reach their best. I believe that many of us live life with blinders on and remain in the comfort of our environments; we cheat ourselves out of our potential. We highlight our differences and overlook our similarities. A tough stance towards real, true, and deep equality is necessary before we can expect any type of unconditional reciprocity.

I embrace meaningful dialogue because until we are able to turn stereotypes into understanding, there will always be racial dissension. This topic remains a taboo interracial conversation that results in community tension. We are more than what we assume to be and I hope you will allow my work to show you how.
